Ordo Cancellation & Refund Policy

We’re sorry to see you go but we understand that sometimes a cancellation is necessary. If you want to cancel your subscription, please make sure to do so before the next billing period starts; otherwise, your membership will be extended until the end of the following billing period.
We do offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with Ordo, please let us know within 30 days of subscribing and we will cancel your subscription and refund any money (minus discounts and promotions) back to you.
Please note that outside of the 30 day money back guarantee window, we do not offer refunds for any payments already processed before the cancellation. Therefore, if you cancel within a billing period, you will not receive any refunds for that period and your membership will remain active until the end of that billing cycle.
